Simple Things You Can Do to Honor Cultures and Diversity
  • In order for us to incorporate awareness into our practice we need to incorporate awareness in ourselves.

  • Help girls identify the strengths they have as survivors, from personal experiences as well as their experience in the American Culture.

  • Encourage them to develop cultural heritage

  • Develop girl/women centered, culturally relevant Rites of Passage.

  • Celebrate other cultures
