At the Department of Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention, we show how we create success for youth with our statewide "Success Employee of the Month" or "Success Team of the Month" program. You can download the nomination form which will explain the nomination process and allow you to fill it out for submission.

All nominations must be approved by your supervisor and submitted to the respective area administrator who will then in turn submit to Central Office Human Resource Division for processing.

The Secretary will make the final selection by the middle of the following month.  Once the final selection has been made, the area administrator will be notified. The Communications Office will provide the selected employee/team with a certificate. Also the Employee of the Month's picture will be featured in the Central Office on the Success Wall and mentioned on the website.
